My husband is also a fan of fish head curry, only at Moothu's in Little India. I agree that it is important to consider all that has been sacrificed by an animal in order for me to eat it. One more reason not to support factory farming or husbandry at home (although I would never insult a host by questioning where my food came from, no matter where I am dining). Taking time to consider the life force that one is consuming is also another reason not to waste. Thanks for an interesting entry (entree?)
